• Details you enter in our quote form: name, company, email address, phone number, project type, service required, tender deadline and project description.
• Information you send us by email or WhatsApp, including drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Basic technical data recorded by our web host, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a fee proposal, carry out the estimating work you ask for and keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Your project documents

Drawings, rates and tender information are treated as confidential. We use them only to produce your estimate and do not share them with third parties without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host and email provider, who process it on our behalf. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting and insurance requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's session storage only to remember that you have already seen the opening animation during your visit. That information stays on your device and is cleared when you close your browser.

Your rights
