Either. We frequently price single packages — masonry, groundworks, structural frame, drainage — as well as multi-trade or full-project BOQs. You only pay for the scope you need.
We issue a draft for review. Feedback, clarifications and reasonable adjustments are part of the process. You are not locked into the first version — we refine until the documents are submission-ready.
We prioritise deadline-driven work. Simple packages can turn around in 24–48 hours; complex tenders in a few working days. Same-day or next-day starts are available on request when capacity allows — mention your deadline when you enquire.
